Regent’s University, located just a minute’s walk from Regent’s Park in the heart of London, offers a versatile and spacious setting ideal for summer events. The York Lawns at the rear of the campus feature a large marquee, covered decking, and plenty of seating and tables; multiple street-food catering stalls are available (currently provided by Houston & Hawkes, whose seasonal menus I’ve photographed and can confirm are excellent); and the lawns extend even further, offering space for entertainment such as additional bars, lawn games, or even a bouncy castle.
I was commissioned by a corporate client to capture their summer party at Regent’s University with documentary-style photography. Having worked with this client for several years across headshots, conferences, and seasonal parties I’m a familiar face now, which helps me fit in alongside everyone like a guest with a camera. This particular event had a cowboy/western theme, with guests in fancy dress, a caricature artist creating brilliant illustrations of willing guests, and even a line-dancing class before the evening food stalls opened.
Below are some highlights from the event, showcasing both the venue and the lively atmosphere. If you’re looking for summer party photography in London, at Regent’s University or elsewhere, I’m available to help – just get in touch today to check availability and request a quote.
