London awards ceremony photography FAQs
When do we receive our photos?
I can offer priority delivery of the winners – for example overnight, or at the end of the awards themselves – so you can start celebrating on social media as soon as possible. Then the full gallery is typically available 1-3 days later. Just let me know what you need when you get in touch as it may impact coverage on the night, or in some cases there may be an extra fee to book priority editing.
Do you provide videography, on-site printing or a photobooth?
I only provide London awards ceremony photography, and I don’t offer on-site printing. But I often work alongside videographers, photobooths, and entertainers. I’ll be happy to introduce you to people I’ve worked with before, just let me know.
Can you offer multiple photographers, e.g. for step-and-repeat boards?
I have a network of excellent event and awards photographers that I’ve worked with dozens of times over the years. Between us we can cover a step-and-repeat board at arrivals, candid coverage during the reception, all the on-stage presentations, and off-stage posed winner shots while the next award is presented.
What if we need to cancel or postpone?
This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and the notice given there will usually be a fee payable to cover our losses in reserving the date for you, up to 100% for very late notice. Full terms are explained in our booking agreement.
How can we use our London awards ceremony photos?
As standard my work is licensed for just about everything my awards ceremony clients need: unlimited in-house use, unlimited organic PR use, and promoting the same event next year. If you want to sell images or use them in a commercial product or other advertising campaign we can arrange that as needed. That way you only pay for what you need.
How much is London awards ceremony photography?
Fees vary depending what you need, and where and when you need me, charged hourly plus any priority services. The average awards ceremony runs around four hours, from £600 plus VAT. Get in touch with more info about your awards and what you need and I’ll put together a quote for you.
