My all-inclusive digital package for 40th birthday photography starts at £350 – £425 depending on the date and location. That includes the first two hours in central London, travel, editing, an online gallery, and downloadable digitals. You can book hourly after that, and most people are happy with 3 or 4 hours but I’m happy to help you decide. There’s also 20% off albums in your package, and 30% off all print orders when the gallery opens.

A few frequently asked questions about 40th birthday party photography
Most people have never booked a birthday party photographer before, but don’t worry, I’m very friendly and there’s no silly questions! Here’s a few good questions I’m often asked before booking, and if there’s anything else you’re wondering just drop me a line and I’ll be happy to help.
How do we book?
Just send me some details and we’ll work out a package with everything you need. Once you’ve filled in my booking form and paid the reservation fee (deducted from the total) your 40th birthday party photography is all booked in. Full payment is due by a week after the party.
How long should I book you for?
It really depends what you're planning for your 40th birthday party, who's coming, etc. For example, for parties in a private bar you may only need two or three hours; if you're having drinks, dinner, and dancing then four or five hours may be better. Let me know and I can help you decide.
What actually happens on the day?
I'll arrive early to say hello... and then you can pretty much leave me to it! I'll try to fit in around you as much like a guest with a camera as possible, looking for all the big moments, and the little ones you might have missed. No need to keep posing, just forget about me and enjoy your 40th birthday party!
Do you do lots of posed shots, or is it all candid?
My photography style is 99% relaxed, candid photos, so I won't ask guests to pose for me - although if anyone asks for a quick snap as I'm passing it's no problem! Beyond that, if you'd like a few formal group shots let me know before the party. I recommend doing them first before it all gets a bit too messy!
When do we get the photos?
Your private gallery of finished photos is usually ready up to a week later, often sooner, and you can share it with all your friends and family. You'll be able to download your digital archive, choose favourites for a book, and order prints and other gifts, right there in the gallery.
Can you recommend a photobooth company?
I can recommend some great ones I’ve worked with, including discrete, vintage, and B&W-themed options. Photobooths work really well with my style of 40th birthday party photography – guests who want a posed shot can get one in their own time, while I focus on all those lovely candid moments.
