About my London conference photography services
As a London conference photographer I’ve covered everything from AGMs and industry conferences to life coaching seminars and fireside chats. I specialise in engaging photography that captures the whole conference experience: keynote speakers, venue shots, sponsor branding, audiences, and delegate networking.

London conference photography FAQs
When do we receive our conference photos?
I can deliver selected images such as keynote speakers and wide shots during the event to share on social media etc, just let me know what you’re likely to need when booking. After the event I can usually deliver in 1-3 days, depending on my schedule. If you need guaranteed same-day or next-day delivery of the full gallery we offer this as a premium service.
Do you provide videography, on-site printing or a photobooth?
I only provide documentary event photography, and I don’t offer on-site printing. But I often work alongside videographers, photobooths, and entertainers. I’ll be happy to introduce you to people I’ve worked with before, just let me know.
Can we do a headshot session while you’re at the conference?
It depends how many headshots you’d like to do during the conference. If you just need a few quick snaps without proper lighting setup we could pop outside into daylight and get something during a networking break. Or for a full professional headshot session with lighting and backgrounds, available all day, it may be best to bring along a second photographer.
How much is conference photography?
London conference photography fees vary depending what you need, where the conference is, and when you need me to attend. Small half-day conference photography typically starts around £500 and we can also quote for all-day multi-stage conference coverage. Get in touch and I’ll put together a quote for you.
How can we use our London conference photos?
I’ll include all the use you need. As standard everyone gets unlimited in-house use, social media and website use, editorial PR use, and event-specific advertising. If you want to be able to sell images or use them in a commercial product we can arrange that too.
What if we need to cancel or postpone?
This is handled on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances and the notice given there will usually be a fee payable to cover our losses in reserving the date for you, up to 100% for very late notice. Full terms are explained in our booking agreement.
