Vacherin is a corporate catering company based in London, part of the CH&Co group. They provide catering services to a huge range of corporate clients, which at the time of writing include ITV, Disney, and Regents University. This latter venue is where we spent a morning shooting fresh PR and marketing images of their work for the university.
The brief: to capture both reportage-style coverage of their team at work, as well as food photography highlighting the range of dishes and services they supply to their clients.
The shoot: a half-day PR and marketing shoot starting at 8am, edited and delivered in full within 2 business days. I know the venue well so the shoot was a mix of free-roaming reportage coverage during kitchen prep and service, plus a staged food shoot in the brasserie managed and art directed by their marketing consultant, Iona McCaie. All licensed for unlimited organic PR use.
