I was commissioned by WeAreJH to photograph the whole day of their Meet Magento conference at The Mermaid in central London. The day of the conference ended up landing on the first of what was to become a long running series of nationwide train strikes, which caused major traffic and travel problems, and yet there was still an almost entirely full house with 600 attendees – impressive stuff!
The conference ran across two ‘tracks’, one in the main auditorium and another in one of the The Mermaid’s additional rooms, plus a showcase area for breaks and lunch with major Magento partners to display their products and meet clients.
Then after a few post-conference glasses of wine at The Mermaid, close partners were invited to an after-party up the road at a separate venue, where I tagged along to capture everyone letting off some steam.
