It’s always so flattering when a client comes back to ask you to photograph more of their family! Dominique had booked me to photograph her 50th birthday party a few years ago, and so when her daughter was planning her own 21st birthday dinner for all her friends at Notting Hill’s Beach Blanket Babylon, Dominique got in touch again. It was great to reconnect with her family, and a few weeks later I sent Cornelie a boxed set of fine art prints to take with her back to university so she’d always have her memories of the night – that’s when I’m most satisfied, when I know my photos are being enjoyed at their best for years afterwards!
