I often work for a fellow photographer to cover shoots on his behalf when he’s not available himself. One of his clients is the property developer Brookfield Properties who developed Principal Place, located in ‘The Unsquare Mile’ between Shoreditch and the City of London. Principal Place currently (October 2020) plays host to a stunning art mural designed by artist Agostino Iacurci, and I was commissioned by my colleague to capture the mural for Brookfield’s records and social media. We got lucky with a clear and even sunny day just before Storm Alex landed in the UK, and I’m proud to share some of my favourite shots from the shoot.
