The Pan Pacific Ballroom makes a great venue for a single-stage conference, with fantastic lighting options and one of the best screens in London (no flicker! Amazing contrast! The perfect brightness! Us photographers really notice these things…). This was my second year photographing Ravelin’s RavCon event, which brings together digital fraud experts to talk about the latest innovations in fraud prevention and how Ravelin’s tools can help.
The brief: to capture a range of dynamic photos of the presenters, as well as scene-setting venue shots, and candid social photography during the breaks and post-conference drinks reception. The photos will be used by Ravelin on LinkedIn and other media channels to publicise the event in the days following it, and to help market next year’s event.
The shoot: a half-day shoot covering the second half of the conference and drinks reception; shot on two cameras with multiple lenses, edited and delivered in full within two business days, via my private online gallery system with unlimited high resolution downloads. Licensed for unlimited organic PR use.
