Richard was head over heels in love with Emma and had planned a surprise proposal, and felt certain that Emma would say yes that he invited me and an acoustic guitarist along for the occasion! After an evening at the theatre in central London, he revealed a Routemaster Bus that was waiting for them around the corner, hired just for the occasion. I think it’s safe to say Emma had a funny feeling what was about to happen, but that didn’t make it any less wonderfully romantic! After proposing (Emma said yes!) we went on a little tour of London and grabbed some lovely portraits in front of the London Eye and Tower Bridge. It was raining, but I think that just made it all the more romantic, personally!
