When do we receive our conference photos?
If you need to use your London conference photos urgently then depending on the scope of work I can often deliver some key images during the event, ready to use in social media posts or an end-of-day email. After the event I can usually deliver in 1-3 days depending on my schedule.
Do you provide conference videography, on-site printing, or a photobooth?
I specialise in London conference photography only, but I’ve worked with a number of excellent vendors who do provide these services and I’m happy to provide referrals to my booked clients.
Do you do conference headshot sessions?
Yes, I can do, just let me know what you need. For example. a few quick snaps for a couple of people outside in a break, or a mini studio setup with lighting, background, and a laptop for review and selection. Let me know a few details and I’ll offer some options.
How much is conference photography?
London conference photography prices vary based on: how long you need; how many stages, speakers, and delegates; and when you need delivery by. Indicative ‘full service’ prices are listed above, just get in touch with a few details for a tailored quote.
How can we use our London conference photos?
Pretty much any way you like. As standard everyone gets unlimited in-house, social media and website, editorial, organic PR, and event advertising use. If you want to sell images or use them in a commercial product we can arrange that for a small extra cost.
How does cancellation or postponement work?
This is handled on a case-by-case basis. There may be a fee payable to cover expenses and losses in reserving the date for you, up to 100% for very late notice. Full terms are explained in our booking agreement.
