Guildhall is a 15th-century medieval great hall in the heart of the City of London and a Grade I listed building. It’s also one of London’s most prestigious event venues, and I’m regularly commissioned as a Guildhall event photographer, covering everything from private and corporate dinners to all-day conferences.

Photographing events at such an exclusive venue like Guildhall benefits strongly from an understanding of the venue layout, including the routes to all the vantage points overlooking the Great Hall, as well as the practical considerations of working in a listed building. Familiarity with both the venue and their staff pays huge dividends when working around heritage considerations, formal proceedings and a fast-moving food service.

As an experienced Guildhall event photographer I can fit right into the flow of any event held at the venue, working efficiently alongside event planners, floor staff, catering teams, and AV crews. This ensures comprehensive coverage of every aspect both front of house and behind the scenes, without disrupting anyone. The resulting scroll-stopping images are well suited to internal communications, press use and marketing, capturing details and atmosphere as well as all the big moments.

Here’s a selection of favourites from a corporate lunch event at Guildhall, covering the reception drinks, the main lunch in the Great Hall and behind-the-scenes moments with the catering team. If you’re looking for a Guildhall event photographer this year get in touch with a few details via my contact page and I’ll confirm availability and send a personal quote.
