Booking your corporate event photography

Request a quote

Use the form below to let me know your date, location, and an idea of timings, and I’ll get back to you personally with a quote and package details. If you’ve got any questions or need to discuss your event just let me know and I’ll be happy to go through it with you.

Book online

Once we’ve agreed the details of your package (timings, location, delivery, etc) I’ll set up a custom online booking page for you, and send it over by email. Just complete the booking forms online, sign the booking agreement by typing your name, and then it’s all booked in.

Payment & delivery

Payment is via BACS, and typically due in full by the day of the shoot. Finished digitals are then uploaded to a private online gallery a few days later, and can be downloaded directly to your computer. I can also password-protect downloads, and offer a built-in print store for your guests.

Frequently asked questions

Do you provide videography, on-site printing or a photobooth?

No, I only provide documentary event photography, and I don’t offer on-site printing. But I often work alongside videographers, photobooths, portraiture specialists, and other services such as entertainers. I’ll be happy to introduce you to people I’ve worked with before, just let me know.

How can we use the photos?

I include unlimited use across social media, press releases, editorial coverage in the press, and use on your own website. I don’t include use ad campaigns commercial products and merchandise, re-sale, or sub-licensing, but these can be added if you need them. In all cases I retain the copyright.

When do we receive our photos?

Unless you’ve paid for guaranteed next-day delivery I typically edit photos within 3-5 days after the event. You’ll be able to download them individually or as a set from your private gallery direct to your computer.

What if we need to cancel or postpone?

For cancellations the deposit is non-refundable to cover the costs of reserving the date, and depending on the notice given there may be a further fee payable. For postponements I may be able to transfer fees paid to the new date, if I’m available. Full terms are detailed in the booking agreement.

Can we combine the event photography with a headshot session?

Typically I’d advise against trying to organise professional headshots during an event (unless it’s unavoidable for scheduling reasons) and instead booking a separate session on a different day or several hours before the event itself. But just let me know what you need and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Professional editing & colour correction of all the final photos, so they're ready to use.

Online gallery

A private gallery compatible with Mac, PC, tablets and smartphones, for you and your guests to browse.

Digital archive

A full digital archive in high resolution, available to download from the gallery direct to your computer.

London travel

All my London travel time and expenses as standard; travel & accommodation outside London charged at cost where required.

License to use

Unlimited editorial use across standard channels, with a photographer credit. Advertising and other commercial use available as an extra as required.

Corporate event photography pricing

You can book the full package above and two hours photography with me from £325, and additional hours from £100 each. Discretionary discounts are available to repeat clients who book a certain number of shoots with me per year. If you’d like a print shop to be activated on your gallery for guests to purchase their own prints from the event I can set up a customised 25% discount code of your choice at no extra cost – e.g. EVENTNAME25
