It’s that time of year again, where everyone clogs up your inbox, Twitter, Facebook and Flipboard feeds with End Of Year essays, lists and slideshows, and so I figured, “If you can’t beat ’em…”

I started 2014 reading this great post by photographer Joe McNally about how pretty much every photographer – even Joe! – faces the same fear of the unknown at the start of a new year. So this year, to fight off that fear of 2015 and to give all my clients and followers a little something to enjoy I sat down to make my first ever Best Of 2014 slideshow… and I loved it! I’ve had a fantastic 2014 with events and portrait sessions ranging from the spectacularly grandiose to beautifully intimate, and it’s been a real pleasure both to create these images and then deliver them to delighted clients.

And now I’m really excited to see what 2015 brings! I’ve lined up a great range of new products and services including gorgeous galleries, prints and albums, and stunning new slideshows like the one you can see on this very page, and I’ve got a brand new website design coming very soon too which is pretty cool.

So grab a cup of tea and spend three and half minutes enjoying some of my favourite photos of the year, shot at events and portrait shoots in some wonderful venues across London including Home House, The Savoy, The Natural History Museum, London Symphony Orchestra St Luke’s, Park Lane Ballroom, Richard Branson’s Virgin HQ and many more – and if you like what you see, check out more about my London event photography here.
